Humana Dental Insurance

Humana dental insurance is one of the best insurance providers in the industry. I have been engaging with them for about two years now and i have not encounter major problem about the service or benefits being presented.

The only problem that i faced is that my dentist is not one of preferred providers in their network. This is unlucky, because i have to pay for any treatment or routine check up upfront since the dentist is not in the network. I also stand a risk to pay additional if the cost is exceeded from the claim limit. Fortunately that Humana agent agreed to discuss further with the dentist to sort out the issue. This has been a true money saver for me since I have a big family of 8 where almost every member from the family visits the dentist periodically. This is also good for me as I was dreading finding another dentist that I prefer, even though upon perusing the company’s website for another dentist there were several option, I really like the dentist that I am with and i am pleased that everybody is cooperating in making things happen for me and my family.

I do find that the company’s website is easy to access and have found it very helpful in finding information regarding coverage of my dental plan as well as what Humana dental insurance has covered for me. Although the website is easy to navigate for information, it is also good that I have the alternative to call on the phone for information. I have tested their service from the call centre and have been very happy with the service that the call operators have offered. They are very knowledgeable, polite and dedicated. Humana insurance offers its clients with outstanding customer service and is an acknowledgment to the insurance industry for doing so.
